The Opportunity

Marketo is currently seeking an energetic and motivated Partner Operations Manager to join the Customer Success Operations team. The Partner Operations Manager is a “jack of all trades” whose ultimate goal is to make the Partner and Alliance Team successful. This person wears many hats and works across every function in the company including engineering, product, operations, marketing, legal, finance, among others. You will be the primary point of contact within the Partner origination to drive consistency in developing scalable processes.

This role will report into the Director of Customer Success Operations. And dotted line to the SVP Partner and Alliance.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate partner growth and milestone achievement
  • Effectively prioritize and escalate partner activities as required
  • integrating partner needs into the Marketo infrastructure and ecosystem
  • Support the Referral Process - From partner input to SFDC reporting to payout
  • Ensure Deal Registration process is defined and understood
  • Partner Marketing Leads Process and POR reporting
  • Develop a process to for Cross Sell/Up Sell and Renewal Partner are tracked in SFDC
  • Implementation tagging and reporting
  • Quarterly reporting to various groups
  • Partner Marketing Oppty tracking, as well as Sandbox provisioning from SFDC

 

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting, technology, or operations
  • Experience in working with SFDC, GainSight, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Very strong Project Manager skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage many projects at one time
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization.
  • Superior detail orientation skills
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
