The Opportunity

Marketo is looking for a creative and action oriented Customer Service Representative. As a member of the Marketo Success team, your goal is to provide fast and friendly world-class service by providing timely and accurate solutions to the Marketo Customers. The Customer Services Representative is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to drive adoption of the products and customer retention.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service in response to inbound requests
  • Maintain high-levels of performance metrics including: customer satisfaction, efficiency, and customer effort trends
  • Working cross-functionally to drive collaborative for process improvement
  • Engagement with customers on the Marketo Community website by assisting with navigation of the portal, and locating knowledgebase solutions
  • Identify gaps in online documenting and assist in publishing knowledge content
  • Own and drive resolution to customer requests for access and non-technical questions

 

 SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Core skills include customer service, problem solving, and effective communication
  • Strong time management skills, organization and prioritization skills
  • Experience using software solutions, ideally Marketing, CRM, PRM, or Social Media tools
