The Opportunity:

The Professional Services Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success EMEA, will be expected to manage and grow the organization, ensure the world-class delivery of customer engagements, set clear objectives for their team, develop and deploy sound operational processes and methodologies which will ultimately drive significant increases in customer success, market share and revenue. The role is responsible for the recruiting, management and career development of EMEA professional services staff, for ensuring quality service delivery in all consulting engagements and education offerings, for working with delivery partners throughout the region, and supporting the development of new services business opportunities in the region.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Recruiting and managing EMEA consulting and education resources
  • Staff management, prioritization and forecasting
  • Billable delivery management to ensure customer satisfaction and referencability
  • Promote and develop production best practices and knowledge sharing
  • Coordination with regional sales management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners
  • Support and implement regional and corporate initiatives
  • Maintain world-class consulting processes
  • Meet professional services utilization, revenue and profit quotas
  • Provide support, tactical and programmatic, in achieving product sales quota

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 8+ years of consulting, consulting management, and education experience across the European region
  • 4+ years of experience managing professional services teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Prior experience in systems integration consulting or software professional services in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to excel in a team environment and rapid-growth environment
  • Proven ability to work closely with channel and field sales organizations involving joint client presentations and opportunity pursuits.
  • Demonstrated creative problem solving ability
  • Effective oral, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit, develop and retain project-based employees
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, deploy and maintain career development and project delivery programs
  • Understanding of CRM and Marketing Automation a distinct advantage
