The Opportunity

 

As the Sales Operations Coordinator, your primary function will be to provide direct support to the Sales Team and Management in the execution of quote to order processes. The position supports the Sales Organization, but also works closely with Finance and Legal in support of timely and accurate bookings of contracts. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is creative and has some relevant sales operations, order processing and data management experience. You must be able to multi-task, quickly pick up new concepts and projects while maintaining an upbeat and positive outlook. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process contracts and ensure deal is in compliance with company policy.
  • Work in collaboration with Finance and Legal to track and maintain sales agreements and other deal requirements
  • Assist Sales in managing and validating opportunities and quotes
  • Provide general support and respond to inquiries from the global Sales Organization around the revenue cycle, sales activities and reporting
  • Identify and implement improvements, in systems, work processes and procedures to improve productivity and scale
  • Contribute and work with Sales Operations team on other special projects


Required Experience & Skills:

  • You thrive in a team environment, are self-motivated, and are extremely detail-oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Recent, or near, college graduate with B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Up to 1 year of experience, with a background in or general understanding of Sales Operations, Customer Service and/or Contract Renewals is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly.
  • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong analytical, project management and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
