About Consultants

Marketo is looking for world-class Consultants who can deliver high value service to our fast-growing base of Enterprise and SMB business clients.   You will provide consulting services that help them get started using Marketo successfully and that help them maximize the ongoing value they get from their solution.  This will enable them to achieve breakthrough results in revenue generation.
 
As a Marketo Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of customer engagements as well the achievement of revenue goals for Marketo. We are looking for passionate, high energy demand gen or marketing automation experts who can provide strategic and tactical advice that leverage their real-life experience. 

 

 

Responsibilities

The Technical Consultant

  • Masters a variety of technical Marketo skills:
    • SOAP API
    • REST API
    • Munchkin API
    • Email Scripting
    • Form Posts
    • Form customization
    • Webhooks
    • Custom Objects
  • Develops integrations between Marketo and 3rd party systems using middleware under guidance of a senior technical consultant
  • Can do API Guidance sessions with customers
  • Develop the solution architecture for straightforward projects

  

Requirements

  • 3~5 years of service delivery experience
  • Knowledge in API and CRM (Experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus)
  • Understand and advice customers on industry best practices in software development & integration
  • Start developing specialist skills
  • Have a track record of meeting or exceeding utilization goals
