The Opportunity


The systems analyst will be primarily responsible for providing support to other teams regarding technical aspects of our provisioning process.

Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Manage, audit and maintain internal privileged user accounts for Application support.
  • Provision/upgrade/downgrade/cancel customer subscriptions based on requests from other departments.
  • Convert subscription types from our previous Sales model to the new model.
  • Track, audit and timely provision all new closed won opportunities.
  • Keep track of available subscription slots for all applications to timely communicate the need for more capacity.
  • Track, modify and execute all temporary changes in product features and their expiration.
  • Add and remove product features based on changes in customer contracts.
  • Act as a liaison between other teams and our Operations team for new SSL projects, to validate requests and ensure requirements are complete.
  • Tracking down domain expiration and renewals.

 

Required:

  • Previous experience with any SaaS application.
  • Read and understand contracts.
  • Providing support to our global team on a timely manner.
  • Keeping track of temporary events and expiration dates.
  • Good communication skills and team oriented.

 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce application.
  • Experience with Marketo application.
  • Experience with system automation or scripting.
