Enterprise Customer Success Manager (with French or German language)

Location: London (UK) or Paris (France)

The Opportunity:  

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or Marketing Consultant who wants to progress their career in one of the fastest-growing companies in EMEA.

Customer Success Managers are responsible for the relationship between Enterprise customers and Marketo, ensuring that our customers have the most successful Marketo experience possible. This includes driving conversations around value, optimizing customer experience and insuring maximum return on investment for our customers.

 

Required Experience:

  • Fluent French &/or German speaker
  • Minimum of 5 years’ customer facing experience as Account Manager or Marketing Solution Consultant
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in a Commercial or Enterprise environment preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Third level under-graduate degree or advanced education in a relevant discipline

The successful candidate must be willing to work form either London (UK) or Paris (France) Office.
