Marketo Customer Success Managers are helping marketers change the way they interact with their customers and prospects. Customer Success Managers are responsible for the relationship between customers and Marketo, ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with the Marketo platform and brand. This includes driving conversations around value, optimising customer experience and insuring maximum return on investment for our customers. Customer Success Managers are the primary customer advocates at Marketo, working in a consultative manner with them to achieve the best possible commercial outcomes for their organisations.


What you will do in the future!:

  • Manage a portfolio of large, Enterprise class accounts
  • Drive revenue growth across that portfolio
  • Increase customer satisfaction as part of a collaborative team
  • Drive adoption of Marketo and enable our customers to be successful
  • Mobilise and lead cross functional teams to drive success
  • Develop strategic, mutually progressive account plans
  • Manage & optimize renewals
  • Develop pipeline and close new add-on sales within your account portfolio
  • Create a world class experience for our customers


What you may have done in the past!

  • Worked in a similar senior consultative type role selling to and managing large enterprise accounts
  • Worked within a MarTech environment (preferably in digital marketing, analytics, customer success, account management, consulting)
  • Managed a large pipeline, probably in a SaaS environment
  • Provided thought leadership to customers
  • Influenced and gained the trust of customers from C-Level Executives to Practitioner level
  • Capable of managing fast paced situations in a dynamic environment.
  • You have a positive, never fail attitude
  • You have a desire to be the best at what you do and that resonates in every aspect of your work


  • Third level under graduate degree or advanced education in a relevant discipline
  • Enterprise account management, consulting, or project management experience.
  • Experience with digital or mobile marketing and analytics.
  • Previous account management or customer success experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in a second language, preferably French or German.
