The Opportunity:  

As the Renewal Manager, you will report to Senior Director of Renewal Operations and be responsible for managing, training, and hiring a team of Renewal Reps.  This role requires a highly organized and disciplined individual who will partner with the regional Account Management teams to strategize and develop synergistic processes and playbook to close renewal opportunities. The candidate must be a strong coach and leader, be extremely well organized, process-oriented and efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a renewal team responsible for executing the end to end customer renewal cycle
  • Constantly looking for available talent.  Hire and grow the team
  • Create and deliver training plan to the team.  Communicate and uphold renewal processes, policies, and guidelines
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual planning activities including forecasting, pipeline management and effectiveness
  • Work with Account Managers and Account Management team to ensure seamless renewal process
  • Deliver analysis of renewal trends and performance, metrics dashboards for weekly tracking and monthly operational reviews

 

Required Skills / Experience:

  • 2-4 years’ experience leading a Renewals team
  • You must have SaaS renewal experience
  • You thrive in a team environment, are self-motivated, and are extremely detailed oriented with demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce.com and the ability to navigate object models and advanced reporting 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately explain difficult issues; ability to think quickly.
  • Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
