The Opportunity

 

The Solutions Consulting team is looking for a Proposal Manager to assist with responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and security questionnaires for prospects.  The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, proven organization abilities, superior reading comprehension and the ability to work quickly under deadline.

 

The Proposal Manager will help drive the proposal response process and be responsible for coordinating various team members in collaboration.  They will also be responsible for keep response content current and in line with company messaging within our RFP tool. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process and execution of RFIs/RFPs/security questionnaires, including planning, collaborating, writing, editing, and quality control
  • Schedule and participate in kick off calls for each response to best coordinate efforts across the team
  • Manage content and workflows through current RFP tool
  • Provide boilerplate responses to RFx questions as well as develop some technical knowledge of the solution to be able to provide better answers and understand context of questions
  • Support Sales at the global level

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Very organized and able to maintain several projects at the same time
  • Strong communication skills to work across different departments (Sales, Legal, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn about the software and desire to develop technical knowledge
  • Excellent writer
