The Opportunity

We are searching for a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator  who will support staffing related activities including a high volume of interview scheduling, travel arrangements, Applicant Tracking System updating and maintenance, and interview wrangling.   This person will also participate in staffing events and actively participates in the continual improvement of the group’s processes and customer service satisfaction level.  This is a highly visible position because this person will play a key role in projecting a positive candidate experience, and will be working with all levels of management internally.  The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of Marketo.
 
This position requires a professional, staff member with clear communication skills. Must be dependable, a quick learner, a self-starter, organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and someone who takes pride in their quality of work. Responsibilities:

  • Schedule phone screens and onsite interview using Outlook Calendar and Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) (Domestic and International).
  • Completes interview arrangements by contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, preparing agendas, pre-employment documentation, travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and input data into our Applicant Tracking System and maintain other spreadsheets and systems as needed.
  • Assist HR with candidate onboarding, ensuring accurate completion of necessary documentation.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through efficient interview scheduling, and also through smooth interview processes.
  • Organize and maintain documentation related to resumes, applications and hiring process.
  • Work with a geographically dispersed recruiting team.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Strong Outlook and Outlook Calendar skills.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to coordinate candidates and interviewers during (on-site) interviews.
  • Ability to work under pressure, can multi-task and prioritize duties.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Ability to be resourceful in ambiguous situations.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and give feedback on process improvement.
